Our secret
In Italy, our best recipes – including our charcuterie recipes – are passed on from one generation to the next. That's why we still use our ancestors’ tried and true methods, including laying out our products to dry slowly in a healthy, natural environment. Of course, we could rush it, but we've learned that time is a very important ingredient, so we let it do its work without interference. The result: the same high quality products that have been adored for generations. The only recommended ingredient we can't add is friends and family to enjoy it with; that's up to you!
