Begin by asking for thinly sliced Pancetta at your supermarket’s Deli counter.
Preheat oven at 400°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay down Pancetta slices. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and grill for about 15 minutes or until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel to cool before serving. Talk about crispness!
Extra tip: For perfectly flat slices, cover Pancetta slices with a second sheet of parchment paper. Place an additional baking sheet over of the parchment paper and bake.
