Answer: Fantino&Mondello’s Salametti Cacio is hand-coated with Romano cheese and pepper. This technique makes it more fragile for slicing because the cheese tends to crumble during handling. So it’s available in whole pieces of 300 mg to retain its maximum cheesy flavour!
