Gluten Intolerance: the Options are Infinite!

Whether you’re simply sensitive to gluten or completely intolerant, it is important to always be aware of the ingredients in your food. Dietary changes can be challenges but fortunately, supermarkets never cease to increase the alternatives they offer.

Gluten is found in wheat, spelt, oats, rye and barley. Foods with high gluten content include bread, pasta, cereal, pie crusts and pizza. It is also found in prepared foods such as sauces, condiments, marinades, broths and many other items.

Gratin dauphinoise with Italian ham
