RECIPE 1 – Baked beans with maple syrup and chorizo

Here’s the 2019 version of traditional beans! Our version is simple: add diced chorizo, toss it all into the slow cooker for a few hours, and you’re done. It couldn’t be easier!

RECIPE 2 – Eggs benedict with capicollo, goat cheese and spinach

Are you feeling a little more adventurous with your cooking? Here’s a recipe that’s a little more elaborate that’s sure to dazzle your guests. Our capicollo can’t be topped!

RECIPE 3 – Maple ham with pineapple and pancetta

A little pancetta (which looks like tiny pieces of bacon) added to this sweet-and-sour creation makes it irresistible. Yum!!
