INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ball frozen pizza dough (340 g or larger)
  • ½ cup (125 ml) pizza sauce
  • 15 or more slices of dry, sliced Fantino&Mondello “Original” pepperoni
  • 1 ¼ cup (310 ml) grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 red onion
  • 10 muschrooms sliced

PREPARATION

  1. Thaw the pizza dough in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter for 3 hours at room temperature.
  2. Spread the dough on the work surface; sprinkle with flour for easier handling.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce on the dough.
  4. Spred the onion, the green pepper and the muschrooms on the pizza sauce.
  5. Add grated cheese to cover the entire pizza.
  6. Top with pepperoni to suit your taste.*
  7. Bake in oven for 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden.

TIPS

* Use the Original pepperoni for a softer taste, or mix the two flavors!
