THE CLASSIC

 

Ingredients:

  • Fantino&Mondello Raclette Sweet Peppers Salami*
  • Pre-cooked sliced potatoes
  • Sliced classic** raclette cheese
  • Sweet pickles
  • Small pickled onions

*  Allow 30 g Salametti per person
** Allow 120 g cheese per person

Tricks and tips:

Traditionally, CLASSIC raclette recipes recommend adding a little ground black pepper and paprika for seasoning.

Don’t hesitate to grill the potatoes on the top oven rack before adding them to the pan with the cheese and other ingredients. The grilled taste of the potatoes enliven with fine herbs will enhance the flavours of the raclette!

 

 

THE SWEET-AND-SOUR

Ingredients:

  • Fantino&Mondello thin sliced Raclette Chorizo*
  • Diced red apples
  • Sliced pepper-flavoured raclette cheese**
  • Walnuts
  • Chopped green onions

*  Allow 30 g Salametti per person
** Allow 120 g cheese per person

Tricks and tips:

Switch up the cheese variety for delicious flavour experiences. For example, classic or apple cider-flavoured raclette cheese would be ideally suited to this recipe. Feeling bold? Try blue cheese or sharp cheddar!

To intensify the sweet and sour sensation, top with a little honey.

  • Fantino&Mondello thin sliced Raclette Original Pancetta*
  • Chopped mushrooms
  • Sliced smoked raclette cheese**
  • Sliced green olives
  • Small pickled onions

*  Allow 30 g Salametti per person
** Allow 120 g cheese per person

Tricks and tips:
Mushroom-flavoured raclette cheese would be a deliciously tasty option!

Add a few strips of cooked chicken breast for a heartier meal.
