INGREDIENTS

  • Bread croutons and Crackers
  • Dried fruits: apricots, cranberries or other to your liking
  • Fresh fruits: green or red grapes, figs or other to your liking

PREPARATION

  1. Thinly slice Salamettis and arrange on a serving platter.
  2. Prepare the dressings. Top a few Salametti slices with the suggested dressing, and place the balance of the dressing in an appetizer size bowl.  Your guests can enjoy the salametti slices in their original bold flavours, or they can choose to add the recommended dressings for an added twist.
  3. Garnish your charcuterie platter with bread croutons, crackers and dried fruit (apricots and cranberries), or with fresh fruit (grapes and figs).

To enjoy Dry Sausages and Salametti’s flavours to their fullest, we recommend slicing them right after taking them out of the fridge and to lay down slices on your service platters. Let rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving to your guests.

Afterwards, products should be consumed within 1 hour to maintain all their qualities at best.

Do not refrigerate again any leftover product from your reception.
