Turkey Stir-Fry with Lemon and Parmesan Cheese Salametti

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Fantino&Mondello parmesan cheese salametti, thinly sliced
  • Turkey breasts, cut into strips
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 200 g (180 ml) baby spinach or arugula
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 fresh oregano bunch, coarsely chopped
  • 60 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry turkey strips about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Add zucchini, parmesan cheese salametti and oregano.
  3. At the very end, gently top up with spinach and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.

TIPS

You can also try this recipe with the new cacio e pepe Salametti. The cheesy taste will be there, and the pepper is gonna add some delicious flavor to your meal!

To turn your salad into a festive meal, add goat cheese crumbs, dried cranberries and some pine nuts or roasted almonds.
